Ordering information.
All That Sparkles operate a secure on line ordering system 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. We will despatch all orders as soon as possible usually between 7-21 working days, unless you request a delayed delivery date. Nappy & Towel cakes will be despatched the same or next working day.
If your order is particular urgent please let us know by e-mailing dawn.johnstone@btconnect.com or call 01706 643 100 during business hours 10-5pm, and we will always do our absolute best to get the goods to you in time.
Goods will be delivered next day special delivery to your preferred delivery address.Postage and package will be charged at £9.95 on al orders up to £120.00 (mainland UK only). Orders above £120.00 qualify for free delivery (mainland UK only)
A signature will be obtained on delivery of the item from the recipient but not necessary the addressee, in the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, an item card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date.
FAQ's
Can I order partially made wedding stationary from you?
Yes you can e.g. if you have found that perfect trinket to place on your invitation, place card etc. we can supply you with the printed card only for you to add your own finishing touch, please e-mail or telephone your requirements.
Can you post my table plan to me?
Yes we can all our table plans are made on a canvas board, therefore postage is not a problem. In our experience canvas frames are a safer option than a glass frame, for example if it should be knocked at a reception there is relatively little harm done, also your guest will find it easier not having to read through glass.
Can you provide samples for your stationery?
Yes we can provide you with a sample, by clicking the sample option on the invitation listing, you will be charged per single product plus standard 1st class delivery per item.
I'd like to co-ordinate my wedding stationery to the colours of my wedding!
All our wedding stationery is handmade, every order is unique and we give an exceptional service to all our customers, while we offer a wide range of designs, we can and do adapt these for our client requirements, we can swath match ribbons to almost any colour, therefore providing you with a entirely unique result.
How do I choose my wedding invitations and stationery?
Your invitations are the 1st point to setting the style of your event, weather it be traditional or contempery, the most common accompany stationery is reply cards, order of service/ceremony order of the day, table plans, place cards, reply cards and thank you cards.
You can mix and match all of the above, lets say a dream wedding invitation, with a much simpler version for the evening invitation. A co-ordinating place card or just a simple printed one, the choice is yours, don’t forget were here to make your day perfectly perfected to you.
How many invitation should I order?
We recommend you ordering 10% more invitations than you need, this will allow for additional guest as space allows.
Is there a minimum order for stationery?
Our minimum order is 20 invitations, place cards etc
Can you co-ordinate my hair accessories?
Yes we will try to match any fabric swatches you have, to our vast colour range of ribbons and feathers
I’ve seen a hair band I like can it be made in a small/larger version to suit changing bridesmaid ages?
Yes as most of our hair accessories are handmade, we can work to your requirements, just contact us by e-mail or telephone with your requirements
I like your rose bouquet, but I have feathers in my theme, would you be able to incorporate them?
Yes all our bouquets are handmade, and every order is unique to your requirements, so if you require diamantes, pearls, feathers etc. please let us know and we can personally discuss your requirements.
